Attorney and ETF Expert Named COO and Chief Compliance Officer of Clear Asset Management
Roger Braunfeld Joins Clear Asset Management, Effective June 1, 2008
New York, New York, May 28, 2008 -- Clear Asset Management Inc. (ClearAM), (http://www.clearam.com), a majority women-owned money management and equity research firm announced today the appointment of Roger Braunfeld, a business attorney and ETF expert, as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.
Braunfeld previously served as both Managing Director and General Counsel of XShares Group LLC, where he was integral in the launching of 31 exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and oversaw general business operations. Prior to XShares, he practiced business law at Blank Rome LLP (please click here for his bio). Braunfeld will be spending one to two days a week in Philadelphia cultivating relationships with both clients and vendors.
