Andrew Corn, CEO
Corn is co-founder and CEO of Clear Asset Management. He developed the vision and premise of the firm's multifactor models, investment process, and trading strategy.

Until May 2004, he was SVP of TheStreet.com and its institutional broker-dealer subsidiary, Independent Research Group Inc. Previously, he was executive vice president of Citigate, Inc. From 1989-2000, he was the CEO of Admaster Communications, a financial communications firm and MasterApproach, an investment industry focused software developer. Both were sold in 2001 to Citigate. As CEO of Admaster, Corn consulted on product development and marketing for institutional money managers, mutual funds, investment banks, pension consultants, and brokerages. He also co-founded and sold a magazine publishing firm and an interactive firm that developed custom applications and web solutions.

Corn is a former board member of Junior Achievement of NY and Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival. He is a frequent speaker for conferences and universities and guest analyst in the financial media. He is also a contributor to Seeking Alpha and other blog aggregators. He resides in Greenwich Village and the Berkshires with his wife and two daughters, where they are active in philanthropy and community service.

Fred S. Fraenkel, Chief Investment Officer
Fraenkel has over 30 years of investing experience including membership in Barron's year-end roundtable from 1982-1985 and heading global research at Lehman Brothers in the early 90's. He currently is chairman of Millennium 3 Capital, a venture firm specializing in early stage companies. Before founding Millennium 3 Capital in 2000, Fraenkel served as vice chairman of ING Barings Furman Selz and chief operating officer of Furman Selz.

Prior to joining Furman Selz in March 1995, Fraenkel spent seven years at Lehman Brothers where he was a managing director and director of global research overseeing 110 analysts located in New York, London, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. As global research director, Fraenkel participated in managing the department's ascension in the Institutional Investor poll from a rank of 15th in 1987 to 1st in 1990, 1991, and 1992.

Before Lehman Brothers, Fraenkel was chairman and chief executive officer of Market America Group, an investment advisory firm. He also spent four and a half years as director of equity research and member of the board of directors at Prudential Securities. Fraenkel began his Wall Street career in 1974 as a securities analyst with Goldman Sachs & Company and was chief investment strategist for E.F. Hutton from 1980 to 1982.

Fraenkel received a BS in Economics and Finance from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Fraenkel was elected to membership of Beta Gamma Sigma and Omicron Delta Epsilon, the national business school and economics honorary societies. He is a past chairman of the board of advisors of the College of Business and Economics of Lehigh University.

Fraenkel is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute. He is a member of the board of directors of Invention Machine Corporation and The Gerson Lehrman Group.

Roger J. Braunfeld, Esq., COO and General Counsel
Prior to joining Clear Asset Management, Roger served as both the General Counsel and the Managing Director of XShares Group LLC. Roger assisted in the launch of 31 Exchange-Traded Funds, four exemptive orders, capital raising, and other general business matters. Roger had been involved with XShares Group LLC and its predecessors from its inception.

Prior to XShares, Roger was a business attorney practicing in the Privately Held and Emerging Companies Group at Blank Rome LLP. Roger represented a wide range of national and international clients' general business needs, including M & A, corporate finance, venture capital, private equity, securities law, negotiating joint ventures and alliances, and technology licensing. In 2003, Roger was awarded the Philadelphia Business Journal's "40 under 40" Award, honoring the 40 individuals under the age of 40 who are proven performers in business. In that same year, he was recognized by The Jewish Business Network with their Lights of Tomorrow Award. In 2005, Roger received the MS Leadership Award. In 2005 and 2006, Roger was honored by his attorney peers as a Rising Star Attorney.

Roger is a graduate of Bucknell University where he majored in history and minored in philosophy and geology. He has a JD from Villanova University School of Law and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.

Roger is currently a member of the Board of the Jewish Relief Agency and a member of the Jewish Federation of Men's Cabinet.

Lisa Goldenberg Corn, Chief Administrative Officer
Lisa is a co-founder of the firm and is responsible for technology, administration, and human resources. She designed the distributed computing facet of the firm, bringing facilities independence and back-up computing to the firm.

Previously, Lisa was president of the board of West Village Nursery School and also served two years as its vice president. Lisa was COO of MasterApproach, a software firm focused on funds, investment banks, and brokerages. Her responsibilities included custom software development, production and project management, as well as additional duties within the IT, finance, and HR departments. Lisa also held various positions at Admaster Communications including director of computer graphics. Prior to Admaster Communications, she worked as a graphic artist and photographer at several firms in NY and Boston. Lisa has shown her fine art, photography, and handmade books in galleries and universities.

Lisa is a member of the Governing Council of the Village Community School and on the board of trustees of the Village Community School. She is actively involved in community service in New York and the Berkshires. She holds a BS in Mass Communications from Boston University.

Osman Arain, Vice President, Quantitative Strategies and Product Development, Member of the Investment Committee
Osman co-led the development of the firm's multifactor models. He is a key team member in the evolution of the firm's core equity strategies along with the development of new products. Prior to joining Clear Asset Management, Osman worked at Bear Stearns in equity research and at Susquehanna Investment Group at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). He has also researched the institutional financial markets at Greenwich Associates and consulted to financial services clientele for IBM's Strategy and Change group. Osman holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. He is a candidate for CFA level 3.

Ryoji Dohi, Art Director
As Clear Asset Management's Art Director, Ryoji designs, creates, and develops all of the company's identity and user interfaces as well as its advertising and marketing materials. Ryoji also programs and manages all of the firm's non-investment technology projects. Prior to joining Clear Asset Management, Ryoji was a marketing art director for TheStreet.com. In 2004, he designed an ad that was awarded the Silver Portfolio Award from the Financial Communications Society (FCS) for their Online Consumer category. Previously, Ryoji worked for various advertising agencies including Citigate and Admaster Communications. Ryoji received a BA in Electronic Design & Multimedia from The City College of New York and a MFA in Computer Art from The School of Visual Arts.
